We had our master en-suite designed by Dave and installed by Marc and Chris. The service we received from Dave was fantastic. He was so patient and understanding whilst we had some unexpected delays on proceeding due to health issues. Even then we changed our minds about various aspects of the project and he took everything onboard, always with a smile and no pushy sales tactics. Once finalised we were ready to go and Marc and Chris set about the install. They are really great guys, polite, professional and extremely tidy. Their attention to detail was great to see and they sought our views every step of the way. We are so pleased with the results and would highly recommend cascade. Our friends think the en-suite looks fantastic.. and so do we. Thank you
