Once we’ve visited your home and completed a full measure up, we begin crafting your space. This is where the transformation begins. You’ll be invited back into the showroom for your personalised design presentation; a relaxed, inspiring session where your future bathroom comes to life on the big screen.

We’ll guide you through:

Professional CAD drawings so you can see your space laid out clearly. Here, you will get a feel for exactly what your bathroom could look like. There is tile, brassware, and paint swatches you can touch and compare in person. Your designer will also talk you through mood boards and colour schemes to help visualise the finished space.

We will also recommend products from trusted brands that match your lifestyle, taste, and budget.

Once everything is signed off, and you’re happy with the final design, we’ll arrange for the products to be delivered at a time that suits you. Our team will carefully ensure all the necessary items are on site, ready for the next steps in your transformation.

In the meantime, we’ll take care of booking our trusted and highly recommended local fitters. Alternatively, you’re very welcome to use your own fitter. We’ll provide a comprehensive fitters’ pack with all the details they’ll need.

Your designer doesn’t disappear once the design is done. We stay in touch throughout the installation process, available to you and your fitter for any questions or adjustments.
